Tariff and Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NON-GROUP BOOKINGS
All offers are applicable to new bookings only and are subject to availability. Single room supplement applies to twin/double rooms for sole occupancy - £15.00 per person, per night.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of the full stay cost will be charged at the time of booking. If cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival you will be entitled to a full refund. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice or for a no-show then the full payment will be retained. If paying a deposit rather than full payment at the time of booking, any deposits paid are non refundable and the balance is due one month prior to arrival. Early departures will be charged for the full length of the stay. Refunds within 7 days of booking will only be made if the hotel is unable to fulfil its legal obligations. Christmas and New Year deposits and cancellation arrangements differ from the Standard Rules and will be advised at the time of booking. The Riviera Hotel reserves the right to close the leisure facilities, withdraw rooms/entertainment from use without prior notice. Terms and Conditions for group bookings are as per the Hotel Contract.
Bookings made via our website or via third party websites are accepted on a provisional basis only and are not confirmed bookings until written confirmation is provided.
1) We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
2) You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information which we hold about you, under the UK's Data Protection Act 1998.
Please note: Parking is free of charge to guests that have booked directly with the hotel, however, if booked through a third party website parking will be charged at £1.50 per hour up to 6 hours, thereafter £9 for a 24 hour period.
Our car park is operated on a first-come, first served basis & is subject to availability.
Special requests & specific room number requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
Please contact the hotel with any dietary requirements you may have. This may incur a charge if speciality food items are required. This can be discussed at the time of booking.
PLEASE NOTE: THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD USED TO BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR STAY MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL AT CHECK IN. IF THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR PRE-AUTHORISATION AS WELL AS PHOTO ID IN THE NAME OF THE GUEST STAYING WITH US.
